Natasha Denes is a senior lawyer of Denes Lawyers. She graduated with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Criminology in 2009. She was then admitted as a Lawyer of the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia.
Before joining Denes Lawyers, Natasha worked for almost 10 years at the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) in senior positions within ASIC’s Enforcement teams. Her roles involved conducting large scale investigations and litigation against major banks and credit providers, corporate directors and financial advisors for breaches of the Financial Services Laws in the Supreme Court of Queensland, the Federal Court of Australia and in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal.
Prior to working at ASIC, Natasha worked as a Lawyer at Queensland-based law firms in their Commercial Litigation and Insolvency teams, running a wide variety of commercial litigation matters.
Natasha aims to provide useful and practical legal advice to her clients and has developed the skills to manage complex litigation efficiently and effectively in order to achieve the best outcomes for her clients.
