Oszkar Denes is an experienced personal injury lawyer who acts  exclusively for people who have been injured in accidents – throughout Queensland.

At Denes Lawyers, Oszkar devotes his expertise and personal attention to oversee the strategic decisions in every matter. He regularly appears before the District and Supreme Courts of Queensland, in Brisbane as well as Rockhampton.

Before establishing his own practice, Oszkar worked for over 10 years at two large national law firms, in senior positions. His roles involved defending Australian and international insurance companies in insurance disputes. Our clients benefit from Oszkar’s understanding of how insurance companies approach claims.

He graduated with a Bachelor of Laws in 2005. He was then admitted as a Lawyer of the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia.

Oszkar is a member of the Queensland Law Society and the Australian Lawyers Alliance, an association of lawyers serving injured people.
