Our Client Wins In Court

We recently represented a migrant client who has been living in Australia for 11 years. He has been working continuously throughout that time, sometimes 2 jobs. He has a wife and a 3 year old son, born in Australia. However, 5 years ago, he took out a personal loan and some of the payslips he relied on in his application were not genuine. He has since settles the loan account.

Fast forward 5 years and the government decided our client and his family shouldn’t be allowed to stay in Australia, due to our clients previous offending. Our client appealed the decision.

The case was heard in Sydney over 2 days. We persuaded the Court to reverse the Government’s decision.
